Introducing Kristina Dugas
Kristina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience working with children/adolescents, families, and young adults. She has worked within various settings including residential living, schools ranging from elementary to high school, and outpatient. She has worked with people dealing with grief/loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and those within the LGBTQIA community. Kristina utilizes a variety of modalities focused on the individual and current needs, including CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, ERP, and Triple P Parenting Program. Kristina is focused on collaborating with clients to build skills that will empower them to cope with difficulties and to find and encourage the strengths present in each client.

Meredith brings a unique blend of insight and understanding to her practice. Her background includes 10 years as an educator and 4 years as a school counselor. Meredith primarily works with high school students and young adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. Meredith strives to create a welcoming down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore what may be holding them back. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, Meredith integrates techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of balance.

Tracy is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lancaster Bible College. She brings a warm, hopeful, and personable approach to counseling, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and discover their capacity for growth and healing.
Tracy specializes in marriage and family counseling, with particular interests in trauma, acculturative stress, and spiritual integration in therapy. Her work is grounded in Experiential Family Therapy and attachment theory, with additional training in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Believing that meaningful change happens within safe and supportive relationships, Tracy combines evidence-based strategies with compassion and curiosity. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move toward greater emotional well-being, healthier connections, and lasting resilience.
