An empathetic and dedicated Associate Professional Counselor with a passion for helping young people thrive. With over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Meredith brings a unique blend of insight and understanding to her practice. Her background includes 10 years as an educator and 4 years as a school counselor. Meredith primarily works with high school students and young adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. Meredith strives to create a welcoming down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore what may be holding them back. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, Meredith integrates techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of balance.
